Return & Refund Policy
Non-Returnable Policy At Anuvedic, your health and safety are our top priorities. Because our products are ingestible Ayurvedic wellness supplements, all items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered. This ensures that every customer receives a 100% fresh, hygienic, and untampered product directly from our facility. We do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preferences, change of mind, or individual suitability.
Exceptions: Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items We pack our products with extreme care, but if something goes wrong during transit, we take full responsibility. You are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund ONLY under the following conditions:

The product received is physically damaged or leaked.

The safety seal is broken or tampered with at the time of delivery.

The wrong product was delivered.

An item is missing from your order.

The product delivered is expired.
How to Claim a Replacement or Refund

You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Mandatory Proof: You must attach clear pictures of the damaged product, the shipping label, and the outer box. An unboxing video is highly recommended to speed up the resolution process.

Once our team verifies the issue (usually within 24–48 hours), we will initiate a replacement immediately. The exchange/replacement will be delivered within 5–7 business days. If the item is out of stock, we will process a full refund.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method used during checkout. It typically takes 5 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
Order Cancellation You can cancel your order only if it has not been dispatched yet. Once the order is packed and handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your Order ID.
