Shipping policy
Order Processing & Dispatch We strive to ensure your Anuvedic products reach you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 working hours after the payment is successfully confirmed. Please note that orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping Charges & Methods

Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders. No hidden delivery charges will be added at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. To ensure contactless and fast processing, we only accept prepaid orders via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
Estimated Delivery Timelines Once dispatched, the delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities: 3 to 5 working days.

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5 to 7 working days.

Remote Locations (North-East, J&K, etc.): 7 to 10 working days. (Note: These are estimated timelines. Occasional delays may happen due to weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues beyond our control.)
Order Tracking As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email. It usually takes up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active after dispatch.
Failed Delivery Attempts Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, wrong phone number, or unavailability, the package will be returned to us (RTO). If you request us to reship an RTO package, standard shipping charges may apply for the second attempt.
